8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the meryph platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the meryph platform without the prior written consent of meryph.

8.3 The meryph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of meryph. You may not use any meryph trademark without the prior written permission of meryph.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, meryph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the meryph platform.

9.2 meryph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your meryph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 meryph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
